Step 1. Request a Quote
This will give us a better understanding of your project’s current state as we begin
working on a solution
Step 2. Phone Call Consultation
We will visit your site to discuss the project in greater detail. This in-person meeting helps us gain a clear understanding of your vision.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We will visit your site to discuss the project in greater detail. This in-person meeting helps us gain a clear understanding of your vision.
Step 4. Confirm the Agreement
When we have a perfect understanding of all the details of your project and have confirmed that you are confident with the solution, we will sign the agreement and schedule the work.
Step 5. Protect The Site
When we first arrive on your jobsite to begin our work, we assess the site further and implement any protective measures to ensure the site is safe and secure.
Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before making any progress, we will walk through the project again with you. This will allow us to set appropriate expectations throughout the project, ensuring we are all on the same page still.
Step 7. We Do What We Do Best
We begin working on your project. As we progress through the project, we will ensure that you are continuously comfortable and up-to-date with the build as it goes on.
Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough
We will present you with your finished project. This is always everyone’s favorite part. We will ensure everything looks exactly as imagined and we have left you excited to invite people over!
Step 9. Our Warranty
We offer a 3-year labor warranty with a manufacturer warranty included. If something happens that is within our control and under the warranty, we will come and help get it fixed for you – free of charge!
Step 10. Follow Ups
To make sure you are still perfectly satisfied and still love the work we did; we will follow up with you on a scaling schedule over the next year. We want to ensure satisfaction and that no problems have arisen since our departure.
