Jacob and his crew were very professional hands-down the best. Went through several contractors to get the right person to do the job at the end. Jacob was the best he came in with the A detailed plan to complete the job. Very happy from start to finish.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Jagra Masonary did at my 2 story brick building in the South Logan Square Area.
The job scope was to remove and install all lintels at 2 levels on the property.
The structure was built in 1928 with decorative brick.
The brick was removed and reinstalled perfectly. I had great communication with the the project manager Jacob, who kept me informed as the job progressed. The crew was always prompt, courteous and kept the area clean. We had no issues with dust and clean up in the interior apartments.
I would highly recommend them because I would use them again if needed.

Knowledgeable and competent professionals. Business office is responsive. Masons know their trade and do great work. I contracted with them for front and rear steps and rebuild of foundation under front porch. All material was limestone. Jagra discussed details of project with me. Their proposal was based on a a job done right. They did not try to simply tell me what I might want to hear. They were especially accommodating when I requested changes to the project scope. Not likely to be your low bidder, but with Jagra you will have peace of mind that you job has been done right .
Based on a home inspection results I learned that my home had multiple cracks in the brick mortar in many locations on all four sides of the house and in the mortar between the limestone ledges separating the upper and lower sections on the home.

The team that did the work was extremely thorough and addressed everything with a positive attitude. There was a final inspection and review where I pointed out some small things that I felt should have been done because they would be very easy and only require a little extra mortar.
This was well received by Jagra Masonry & Tuckpointing. It was late on a Friday afternoon and the work crew had left already. They came back and did all the little things politely and completely on Saturday.
The work and professionalism exceeded my expectations!

The team did an excellent job cleaning up some of the tuck pointing around my house and adding new lintels to some of my older windows in our basement. I hired Jagra Masonry to re-build my chimney. Top notch quality work and great experience from start to finish. They were very flexible when scheduling the project, trying to accommodate my calendar. Easy communication and follow trough with every item discussed and agreed upon. Very professional, hard working team did outstanding job on site.
We were very happy with the service and work that Jagra did to reset our Blue Stone patio, walkway and front steps. They were great at communicating, efficient with their work and reasonably priced. Their team was pleasant and quiet to have around during the day. I could tell that they cared a lot about doing the job well and making their customer happy. We would definitely have them back to do more work on our house if need-be.
Jagra Masonry did a full rebuild of my Logan Square two-flat’s severely deteriorated parapet wall, new lintels, sills, and repairs as needed. A professional outfit, Jacob and his crew did excellent work, kept the site clean (swept up everyday!), and started and finished the project when they said they would. Will be having them back for any future work. Price was reasonable and similar to other quotes I received.
The Jagra team was excellent! Our back exterior brick wall on our 100+-year-old building was crumbling, and we had several quotes from different contractors, but nobody gave us the confidence to do it correctly like the Jagra team did. They took the whole wall down, and the final result is beautiful. You can tell it will last another 100 years to come. Highly recommend their team if you want the highest craftmanship!

Ive owned a 100 year old building for 11 years now. In that time I've hired several contractors to perform necessary upkeep, maintenance and repairs. My experience with Jagra has been hands down the best. Easy to work with, easy to communicate with, prompt, clean and respectful with fair priced quality work. I’ll be using them again for future projects. 10/10 would recommend.
I am very pleased with steel lintel replacement and tuckpointing work done on my home! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Adam showed up on the scheduled time to give me a quote. During the on-site meeting he explained the entire process clearly, and on the very next day I received an email with agreement proposal including pictures and a detailed description of the proposed work-it’s cool they actually gave me some options and tier pricing. Adam called me on the very same day, and we discussed the proposal over the phone, which I really appreciated. I got two other estimates for the same lintels replacement and even though JAGRA quote wasn’t the cheapest I decided to move forward with his company. It was a good choice. After signing the proposal and paying the deposit the office called me and giving me an update on the project start date. Two days before the agreed start date they called me and confirmed the date. Team showed up on time and the crew took great care to secure the bushes in front of my house. Then they replaced rusted lintels and did some tuckpointing. They left the site clean. My house looks better now as the cracks in the masonry are completely gone.

My experience with JAGRA was great— they did excellent tuckpointing job and replaced a rusted steel lintel. From initial contact to project completion everything went very smooth, they answered all questions and they left the place clean after completion. The team was professional, on time, and the finished work blends perfectly with the original brickwork. I highly recommend them!
The Jagra team was fantastic! So thorough and professional. I got a quote from them and they set up a call to walk through every line item to make sure I understood everything before signing (I've never had a contractor do that before!).
They also set up a final inspection to walk through the finished product. They went above and beyond and our red brick bungalow has never looked better!

Jagra just completed a tuckpointing project and windowsill replacement. The work looks great and everything is now sealed appropriately. Their team arrived on time and cleaned up all debris from the work. I would definitely recommend and hire them again!
As a landscape contractor serving the Northshore community for many years, I can say that my experience with the Jagra team was top notch from our our initial conversation straight through to project completion and cleanup. Jacob, our POC, was professional and an excellent communicator who asked all the right questions to ensure the work was executed with our needs and preferences in mind. The crew performing our tuckpointing work (on the entirety of our lakeside home and garage) was courteous, neat, highly skilled and on time everyday. Most importantly, the quality of work met our high expectations. The cost was slightly more than their competition but I have learned through the years that one gets what one pays for. Period. I would and will recommend Jagra's services to my clients, friends and family.

We are completely satisfied with the repair job Jagra Masonry did on the exterior wall of our home. They came out for a quote within 24 hours of me calling, arrived at the scheduled time, and emailed a formal quote by the afternoon. Jakub called to review the quote with me at the end of the day and tailored the contract according to my request. They were available within the week to complete the work and even finished early. They left the site clean and followed-up to make sure we were happy with the repair. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Jagra Masonry has done two jobs at our home. One was tuckpointing our Chimney and the most recent was partially rebuilding our front porch due to a sinking foundation. I highly recommend them for several reasons. They answer the phone when you call. Come out right away to review the situation. They are knowledgeable and explain what's going on and answer your questions. They get back to you timely and are fairly priced. They come to do the job when they say they will, and do professional work. We are very happy and would have them back.

Communication during the project was great and all my concerns were addressed.They restored the mortar joints on my home with precision, paying close attention to detail.Now my house has a fresh look.
